Questions from developers
Are the roles remote?
Yes. You can work from anywhere, as long as you can overlap at least four hours with the client's working day.
Is this full-time or freelance work?
Both. We offer full-time and part-time engagements on client projects, plus project-based freelance work. Tell us your preference in the form.
What experience do I need?
At least one real AI, automation or machine learning project in production, or a strong portfolio that shows you can ship. Senior roles need 3+ years of relevant experience.
How does the selection process work?
We review your application, then invite shortlisted candidates to a short intro call and a practical task based on real client work. Successful candidates join our talent network and are matched to projects.
How long until I hear back?
We review every application, usually within 5 business days. If there isn't a match right now, we keep your profile on file and contact you when a suitable project comes up.
What happens to my resume?
