Can you customise it for our process?

Yes. Most clients ask for changes to the rules, wording or integrations. Bigger changes are quoted as custom development.

Who pays for AI and messaging usage?

Usage from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio or WhatsApp is billed to your own accounts. We help you set them up and estimate monthly costs during the demo.
